There are currently no vacancies on our Board of Directors. Our application to apply for Director positions is posted each spring as term dates expire for current Board members. Please sign up for our newsletter and follow us on social for updates on Board vacancies.
The Board of Directors meets quarterly. There are also additional meetings for committee work as required. Our ideal candidates are residents in the City or County of Peterborough and have experience in two or more of the following:
• board governance
• small business operations
• manufacturing
• research and development
• market development
• finance/banking and/or
• community economic development

Board Nomination Process
New board members are interviewed by members of the Governance and Human Resource Committee and are recommended to the Board of Directors annually at the AGM in June of each year. The Governance and Human Resource Committee uses a skills matrix to determine the skillsets required to fill vacancies and complement the existing board members.
