Board Nomination Process
New board members are interviewed by members of the Governance and Human Resource Committee and are recommended to the Board of Directors annually at the AGM in June of each year. The Governance and Human Resource Committee uses a skills matrix to determine the skillsets required to fill vacancies and complement the existing board members.
