Community Futures Peterborough works in collaboration with local municipalities, business development organizations, associations and other lending organizations to help small businesses succeed in the City and County of Peterborough.
According to Statistics Canada, there are 10,674 self-employed entrepreneurs within the entire County of Peterborough and 8,019 registered businesses. Less than 500 of those businesses employ more than 20 employees.
