Win This Space
Win this Space is a competition meant to educate and help small business owners, which Community Futures is glad to provide with workshops and mentors. Funds are contributed from all community partners to make up the grand prize and offer a downtown storefront.
The Central Hastings News was cancelled and they were the main media sponsor for the event, so the Township of Havelock-Belmont-Methuen applied to receive funding from Community Futures Peterborough to assist with their marketing campaign for the event.
Junior Achievement: Business Hall of Fame
The Business Hall of Fame was created to honour individuals and businesses that have impacted economic development in Peterborough. Community Futures Peterborough provided funds to sponsor an award and help further the development of the Hall of Fame.
